Welcome to my little corner of the internet, I am so happy to have you here :)
I really have been on the wildest of journies over the last eight years - from living in Australia, to becoming a crystal meth addict, to getting clean and venturing back home to the UK and moving in with my parents in the middle of lockdown, becoming a hardcore vegan, delving deeply into spirituality, joining a church and getting baptised, eating meat again, pushing religion away, moving to London and arriving where I am today - happy, balanced, deeply connected to God, Source, The Universe and genuinely flourishing and enjoying what life has to offer.
If you've managed to stick with me throughout each of these transformations, thank you, I know it's been a lot and I am so grateful for your love, support and acceptance. And, if you are just connecting with me where I am today, welcome and hello, I can't wait to get to know you.
It certainly has been a strange few years of finding myself and working out who I truly am, but since getting clean there is one thing that has been constantly with me throughout - my connection to God, Source, The Universe. It has always been there, supporting me and guiding me through every transition, meeting me exactly where I'm at and connecting with me in ways that I understand.
A serious headshot, because I am a serious person.
For those of you who have been here before you'll notice that my website has been revamped. I am no longer focusing on coaching but instead focusing on the one thing that has always made my heart sing since the moment I started practicing it - Reiki. I think sometimes in life we can (and I know I certainly do!) tend to over complicate things and want to do absolutely everything... which usually results in us doing nothing at all or spreading ourselves too thin, but one thing I have learnt over the last few years is that if the things in your life (whether that be your career, your hobbies or your relationships) are not setting your soul on fire then you need to start focusing on the things that do, because life is way too short for mediocre kind ofs and maybes.
One of the greatest things about the interent is how it connects us to people we would never have had the pleasure to have met otherwise. I would love to know who you are and how you got here - are you a friend, a client, or did you randomly stumble across my blog accidentally?!
Leave a comment and let me know, I can't wait to connect with you.
